TIDEXA products are documented in the users' manuals and technical sheets, prepared simultenously to the updates, assuring the updated access to information.
Our Technical Support is available through our Helpdesk and on-site
- Business hours: from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday, Brasília time, except holidays.
- After-hour support: clients can request after-hour support in critical processing periods,
to be scheduled in advance
Clients can request the visit of a technical advisor for on-site support, to be scheduled in advance.
